Orders and Products In proceeding with this order you are agreeing to purchase the product, where available. We will make every effort to supply ordered products however, please note that all products are handmade in limited quantities & therefore we cannot always guarantee availability Product availability is also dependent on external suppliers and whilst we will always aim to fill your order promptly there may on occasion be unavoidable delays. Should this occur we will notify you as soon as possible All cushion covers are sold without inserts unless stated otherwise Colours may vary depending on your monitor settings, so if colour choice is vital, please email us for further information or for a fabric sample We aim to provide prompt, professional and individualised customer service at all times
Payment
Payment can be made via PayPal or by using credit card via PayPal. Bank deposit is possible for Australian customers upon request. Payment is to be made within 7 days. Please reference your name as it appears on the order form. Postage & Handling
Upon receipt of payment, your purchase will be sent within 1-3 working days. To ensure safe delivery, we do recommend that you insure your parcel. All parcels will be sent via regular post however, express or registered post can be arranged upon request, at an additional cost. Unfortunately we do not refund if an item goes missing or is damaged in the post, but we will lodge a claim with Australia Post on your behalf, and they will pay compensation to you after the investigation phase. Combined postage rates will be offered for multiple items. Refunds & Exchange Please note that unfortunately due to the nature of our product we are unable to offer refunds or returns on item made to order Please select carefully and feel free to ask any questions before placing your order Whilst we pay care and attention to colour correctness, variations in colour calibration of monitors and printers, may result in difference between the viewed design and the finished product In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then organise a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible upon return of the faulty item. In this circumstance there will be no additional charge for postage or handling. If a product is no longer available, we will provide a refund however, please allow up to 14 days to process all refunds Please note that we do not refund postage / shipping and handling Whilst every care with be taken with packaging your item, we do not except responsibility for any damage that occurs in transit (*Please refer to postage & handling) We reserve the right to refuse a return
Care & Handling Always handle with care during transport and hanging While our material is durable and of a high quality, we have no control over specific site conditions and therefore cannot guarantee against colour fading or fastness, material degradation or maintained image quality Art work should be kept out of direct sunlight, extreme temperature and humidity It is recommended to wash cushion covers and baby quilts with care, either by hand or on a gentle machine cycle in cold water. We accept no responsibility if items are damaged as a result of washing or cleaning

Nevanna Designs is not liable to you or any other person for indirect, consequential or incidental damages or expenses of any kind arising from or relating to the sale and purchasing of the products. Privacy Policy
